Detoxification

I survived Week One of my 21-day detox/cleansing…

And I have to say, I DO FEEL GREAT!  I have lots of energy, I’m in better spirits, and I feel so “light” – even though at the end of the week I have only lost another half-pound.

I sure miss my chocolate…and cheese…and wine.  My diet consists of vegetables, fruit, nuts, green tea and water.  My refrigerator looks like Mr. McGregor’s garden.  Honestly, I don’t know how vegetarians do it!

I’m hanging in there, though.  No way am I going to stray from the plan - the wedding is only 8 weeks away and I’m DETERMINED!
