Ahhh…a new year has begun!
And if you’re like me, you’ve made plans for great change in your life.
Each new year is an opportunity to examine what’s working in our lives and what isn’t. It’s a good time to transform and create a lifestyle that perfectly suits us.
This issue of Moxie! is packed with stories of transformation!
Our Moxie Makeover, Cynthia Riffe, completely transformed her body over a year ago. She was taking medications for a host of medical conditions and was declared disabled. She was even issued a handicapped sticker for her vehicle. Determination and hard work paid off as she lost 130 pounds! She no longer takes any medications and feels better than she has in years. Dalia Alfandary knew as a young child that she wanted to design jewelry. But her path in life took her through several transformations until she came full circle back to her childhood dream. See Dalia’s story on page 20.
Sometimes we feel we need a change, but we just don’t know what steps to take…or even where we’re headed. Those times require us to be quiet -to be still and listen. Try meditating.
